1. Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unworn and unused In its original condition In original packaging, with tags and labels intact Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Customized or personalized footwear
Used, damaged, or altered items
2. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
We will replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size.If the desired size or style is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit as per your preference.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within Punjab Boothouse business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or we made an error. Refund processing time may depend on your bank or card provider.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. We will provide a free replacement or full refund.
5. Cancellation Policy Orders
can be cancelled within Punjab BootHosue hours of purchase, as long as the item has not shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return process.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was delivered.
